Scale the Summit is a great instrumental band that is good at mixing in jazz with metal influences (they love them some 9th chords). Between the Buried and Me is a really good heavy prog metal band. For example, Devin Townsend is a goddamn mastermind. I also like metal only bands/people that do something interesting with it though. He then began making some melodic dubstep, and began making his electro songs heavier. He produced his first professionally released song under the name “Vexare”, which was an electro/house remix of “Broken Circuit”, by Alpay Sahingoez, in the summer of 2010. At first they poked fun at it for its almost humorous sound, this unknowingly starting his journey into the genre. Later, Palmer says that he and his friends stumbled upon dubstep. When he was 12, he decided to start trying to produce some of the trance and hardstyle music that he had been listening to. His musical career began as being classically trained in piano since the age of 9. Hogen, is a 19 year old electro/house, dubstep, and trance producer born January 28th, 1996. ![]()
